I have to give it to my former home, Snowgasm is an amusing name. While I like to take dumps on their front lawn these days.  I do go there for Delaware news and Mike Castle shots.  It’s nice to laugh at all the posts by the more reasonable female contributor closely followed by Pandora who I think will admit or has admitted that she can take on a motherly tone at times.  Either way, UI has been carrying her weight of late and DD has stepped it up with Snowgasm coverage.   Well done DB’s, well done.

I want to also remind people that storms sell newspapers.  The reality is that the media is there to make money.  Not inform you.  If they happen to inform you along the way of their profiteering it’s only because in order for them to keep you tuned in through the commercials they had to do so.

It’s the reason that Leno got canceled. 

The local news people need a good lead in to keep people watching.  All the news people were bitching about people ditching Leno before the news starts.  A “mega-storm” like this in a highly populated area is like Christmas come early to the margins

Sex sells and so does a snow storm.

And remember, always lift with your back when you shovel snow.
